Introducing Primary Healthcare services for out-of-area visits, via Dis-Chem nurses and General Practitioners (GPs), at selected Dis-Chem pharmacies.
Services include:
- In-person General Nurse Consultations
- Basic Wound Care
- Virtual GP consultations (via nurse referral)
These services will be funded from the GP benefit. The services listed will be covered at Scheme rate, subject to Scheme rules, benefits and limits.
Before heading to your nearest Dis-Chem Clinic, make sure that the Clinic near you is part of the PHMS network by calling the Dis-Chem call centre.
